Videspark operates on a credit-based system. Credits are consumed during video generation. Payments are processed securely via our third-party merchant of record.
7. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Service is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. AI-generated results may be unpredictable, and Videspark does not guarantee the accuracy or reliability of any output.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Videspark shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
